Stieltjesstraat with some historic and monumental buildings and bridges is located on the banks of the river Maas. The neighborhood has everything to offer. Supermarkets within walking distance, restaurants with nice terraces next to a marina. Great spot to have a refreshment and enjoy the views after a day of work.
Noordereiland (Northern island), which also has a lot to offer, is just across the bridge, the Koninginnenbrug.

Blaak station is only a 6-minute bike ride or a 15-minute walk away. The metro station Wilhelminaplein is just 7 min walk away. The bus stop is even closer. Shared scooters and bikes are plenty. In other words, the apartment is not far from the bustling city.
The highways A16 and A15 are in close proximity within 10 min by car.

The apartment is part of a monumental building and is situated on the 3rd floor. Steep long stairs, no elevator so it’s good to reach your daily exercise targets. The apartment is fully furnished, very comfortable and with a great view over the river Maas and iconic bridges.

The simple bathroom is equipped with a bath / shower combo, sink furniture with drawers and hard stone worktop, a cabinet with mirror and lights.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom which is very convenient.

There is a separate but small laundry / storage room with a washing machine, separate dryer and some storage space.
The central heating boiler is also located in this room.
